These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Firm Leverage website at firmleverage.ai ("Site"), operated by Firm Leverage ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. What Firm Leverage Is

Firm Leverage is an AI systems consulting and professional community serving the legal industry. Through this Site we offer:

• Information about our consulting services and engagement model
• Educational content, resources, and reading recommendations for legal professionals navigating AI adoption
• Scheduling tools to book calls with our team (when online scheduling is enabled)
• Information about joining the Firm Leverage contributor network
• Information about our professional meetup events

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100 USD).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you.
